This page computes a daily reference for global cities, shows day length and states the limit clearly: it is for planning, photography, travel and curiosity, not for navigation, aviation or local religious rulings.

Method and limits
The solar times use the standard NOAA style equation of time and solar declination approximation with a 90.833 degree zenith, the usual civil definition that includes atmospheric refraction and the apparent radius of the sun. The moon age is counted from a known new moon and the illumination is estimated from the synodic month. Those choices are good enough for everyday planning and make the page fast, private and reproducible, but they are not a substitute for official observatory tables, aviation data, maritime navigation or religious authority calendars.
Local terrain, tall buildings and atmospheric conditions can move the visible sunrise or sunset by several minutes. Time zones and daylight saving rules are handled by the browser using the city time zone. The calculation runs in the visitor browser and also precomputes a daily table at build time, so the page can be cached globally while still providing a useful answer.
