Between the 1950 British Grand Prix, held at Silverstone Circuit, and the 1958 French Grand Prix, Juan Fangio (Argentina) built the whole career. The first win came at the 1950 Monaco Grand Prix. It added up to 51 starts spread over 13 circuits in 10 countries, at 5.5 points per start. Juan Fangio won the world title 5 times, in 1951, 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957. The most worn colours were those of Maserati, for 19 races.
